HDFC Bank has launched the web portal of the FASTag where you can apply For HDFC FASTag. You can go for HDFC BANK FASTag registration by submitting the application online and by visiting the bank with your vehicle or any point of sale locations of HDFC Bank at toll plazas.

It’s very easy to apply HDFC Bank FASTag with the help of their webportal for FASTag. Follow the below mentioned steps for your HDFC Bank FASTag registration.
- Visit the websportal of HDFC Bank Fastag by clicking here.
- Then you will see a window where you will be asked whether you are already having an account with HDFC BANK. If you have an account you will need to enter your customer id and you will receive a verification code on your registered mobile number.
- If you click no than you will see a form below where you have to fill all your personal details which includes your name, address, pan number and an identity proof which you will submit while applying for FASTag.
- After you have filled personal details, you will move to “Vehicle Registration” tab where you need to fill all the details related to your vehicle.

You can also get your HDFC Bank FASTag registered by going to the branches of the bank or their point of sale location which are there on the toll plazas. You need to follow the steps as mentioned below to get your FASTag offline:
- Go along with your vehicle to any point of sale location at the toll plazas or branches of HDFC Bank.
- Go to the banking officer and ask for a FASTag form.
- Fill all the details which are mentioned in the form and after verifying and reviewing the details, submit the application to the banking officer.
- Submit the following documents along with the form which includes Registration Certificate of the vehicle, passport photograph of the owner and a valid ID proof which can be aadhar card, voter card, passport or driving license.

How to check HDFC Bank FASTag Application Status?
It takes some time for the FASTag to be delivered at your mentioned address which you had filled while applying for the FASTag. The general time period is 7 days to reach FASTag to your mentioned address if you are a resident of a metro city and around 15 days for a non metro resident.

How to Recharge HDFC Bank FASTAg Account?

- Enter your Google PIN number after opening the Google Pay app on your Mobile phone.
- A new page will open where you have to click on New button.

- Now to open the Pay to option, you have to select the UPI ID or QR option.
- After selecting the UPI ID or QR option, Enter UPI ID pop up window will open up.
- After clicking on Verify button, the bank payment page will be opened.

How to Recharge Fastag Using Paytm
From December 15, you will have to pay toll tax through Fastag. To travel anywhere across the country, you will need to take Fastag. The government has started charging toll tax from Fastag from 15 December 2019. In this way, you will need fastag to travel with a 4 wheeler. Fastag will be needed to pay toll tax not only for private vehicles but also for commercial vehicles. You can also recharge Fastag with Paytm Wallet.
We will tell you the method of this, but before that, we want to inform you that Fastag is an e-toll collection system. Fastag will facilitate automatic toll tax payments, which are installed on the windscreen of your vehicle. Being installed on the window screen will save you time at the toll plaza because the sensors there will identify it and your toll tax will be deducted from your Fastag account. - Individual customer to click on Retail Login and Corporate customers to click on Corporate Login. Then click on the option of “First Time User” on the home page of the FASTag portal.

- Enter mobile number, which provided at the time of applying for FASTag and click on “Next Step”.
- Click on “Generate OTP” (One Time Password) option which will be sent on the registered mobile number for authenticating the request of password generation.
- On successful validation of the OTP, the portal will then prompt to enter the new password which is to be set. (Password has to be in the combination of alphanumeric, one special character, one alphabet in capital and minimum 8 characters in length to a maximum of 20 characters, example – Hdfc@2017)
- Select minimum 3 secret questions from a dropdown menu & provide appropriate answer and then click on continue to complete the registration to access FASTag account.
- Automatically Login Page will be displayed where the customer needs to login with User ID and new Password to access FASTag account.
