Jio Fiber Broadband Himachal Pradesh – Registration, Plans and Prices

The much-awaited home Jio broadband service of Reliable Jio fiber finally launched commercially on 05 September. As the Jio Fiber has been launched in many major cities of India, so the people of Himachal Pradesh can also take the benefits of this high-speed internet service. The commercial version of Jio Fiber will provide these main services: Internet, fast television, free set-top boxes, etc. To take the services of Jio GigaFiber, the subscribers have to first register it which can be done online.

Reliance Industries Limited, RIL Chairman Mukesh Ambani announced in the 42nd annual general meeting of the company in 2018, that the Jio Fiber plan will be 10 times cheaper than the global rates.

To get a Jio Fiber connection, you need to provide Aadhar card or any other ID proof like Voter ID card, PAN card, passport, or driving license for address. You need to take care that the information provided should be correct when you give the mobile number and email ID.

How to Register for Jio Fiber in Himachal Pradesh:

The citizens of Himachal have to follow the below steps to get the Jio GigaFiber connection.

  • First of all the new customers have to visit the link https://gigafiber.jio.com/registration.
  • The customers can also use My Jio app to get the services of Jio Fiber.
  • After that, the customers will be asked, for what you want Jio GigaFiber i.e for home or office.
  • Fill your name, email ID, mobile number, and other information.
  • An OTP will come to your mobile number.
  • After entering the OTP, you will provide the address of the type of address that will be asked for the registration.
  • After providing all this information, the customers will get an email at their registered email id and a message from the company which says that they will be contacted soon by the representatives to finish the process of getting the connection.

Jio Broadband Fiber Services and Benefits

  • The customers will get very high internet speed which will be from 100 Mbps to 1 Gbps.
  • Jio Fiber customers only have to pay for one service.
  • For international calls, there will be the lowest fixed-line rates with Jio Fiber.
  • For the US and Canada international calling, there will be Rs 500 calling pack per month.
  • The customers will not have to give any charge for getting Jio GigaFiber. They only required to deposit a refundable amount of Rs 2500.
  • The monthly plans of Jio GigaFiber are from Rs 700 to Rs 10,000 which also includes the services for landline and TV set-top boxes.
  • The customers will be provided, free HD or 4K LED TV and 4K set-top box if they choose to take the annual plan of Jio Fiber.free.
  • The Jio Fiber’s set-top box will work as a central device for getting the benefit of all services of Jio Fiber. Through set box, customers can get the benefits of all Jio Fiber services like Internet Broadband, free HD or 4K LED TV and 4K set-top box.
  • The set-top box will be a one-stop solution under Jio Fiber (JioFibre) service. Broadband service, high-speed video conferencing, mixed reality applications, multiplayer online gaming, and live TV, etc.

Jio Fiber Prepaid Plans

There are three types of prepaid plans for Jio Fiber

Jio Fiber Monthly Plan

  • The monthly plans of JioFiber will start from Rs 699 to Rs 8,499.
  • All plans will have speed starting from 100 Mbps.
  • The Highest plan will have a speed of 1 Gbps.
  • In the plan of Rs. 699, the customers will get the benefit of using only the Internet i.e there will not be any other service under this plan.
  • 100GB data will be provided in the plan of Rs. 699 at the speed of 100 Mbps. After 100GB data will be finished, then the data speed will be reduced to 1mpbs.

Jio Fiber Bronze Monthly Plan

Jio Fiber Long term plan

  • Apart from the monthly plans of JioFiber, the customers will have the option to make plans of 3, 6, or 12 months.
  • There is also an EMI option for this plan.
  • Jio Saavn and Jio Cinema App subscription will be provided at free of cost for 3 months with plans of Rs 699 and Rs 849.

Price of JioHome Gateway:

The price of the JioHome Gateway is Rs. 5000

Jio Set Top Box 4K:

The price of Jio Set Top Box 4K is Rs. 6400, but with a plan of Rs. 1,299 to Rs. 8,499 all these will be provided free of cost.

Bronze Pack: Customers will have to pay Rs. 699 per month
Silver: Pay Rs. 849 per month
Gold: Pay Rs. 1,299 per month
Diamond Plan: Pay Rs. 2,499 per month
Platinum Plan: Pay Rs. 3,999 per month
Titanium Plan: Pay Rs. 8,499 per month

  • In Bronze and Silver plans, the data speed will be up to 100Mbps.
  • The speed of Gold and Diamond plans will be between 250Mbps and 500Mbps.
  • The customers can get the speed of 1Gbps with Platinum and Titanium plans.
